I accept that, in the event of not attending the reservation requested and CONFIRMED by the restaurant without notifying them AT LEAST THREE HOURS IN ADVANCE of the confirmed time, we may be charged of €15 (FIFTEEN EUROS) per diner, in compensation for possible losses of any kind for not occupying the requested table without prior notice. If the communication is made with the indicated anticipation, NO CHARGE WILL BE MADE.

The pre-booking services are merely informative, and have the exclusive and unique purpose of offering the customer the possibility of being informed AS MUCH AS ADVANCE as possible if it is possible to make a reservation for the requested day and service. For firm confirmation, the customer will receive an e-mail or a call from the restaurant, definitively informing them whether their reservation has been made or, in the event of no availability, proposing other available dates. For this reason, the pre-booking service is in no way a reservation in its own right, but a booking request that will be CONFIRMED OR DENIED, closed or not, once the confirmation email or call is received.
